Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on

how often you do this type of work. To reduce your

exposure to these chemicals: work in a well ventilated

area, and work with approved safety equipment, such

as those dust masks that are specially designed to

filter out microscopic particles

protection. Use appropriate hearing and

respiratory protection.

• Properly assemble the cart before mounting the

tool. 

Proper assembly is important to prevent risk of

collapse.

• Securely fasten the tool to the cart before use.

Tool shifting on the cart can cause loss of control.

Improperly installed tools can cause injury or property

damage.

• Place the cart on a solid, flat and level surface.

When the cart can shift or rock, the tool cannot be

steadily and safely controlled.

• Use only with MX FUEL™ Cut-Off Machines. 

Use

with other non-specified tools can cause injury or

property damage.

• Remove battery from tool before connecting to

cart, storing, or transporting.

• Remove battery from battery storage location (7)

before use.

• Check alignment and tighten all connections

before each use.

• Clear debris from the intended path of the cart

during cut. 

If the cart is pushed over objects during a 

cut, the rotating abrasive wheel may bind in the cut

and shatter.

• Always use the cart to cut in a straight line.

Veering may cause flexing of the abrasive wheel and

shatter the wheel.

• Follow all instructions and warnings provided

with the cut-off machine.

• Maintain control. 

Keep proper footing and balance

 

at

all times.

• Maintain cart carefully. 

Keep cart dry, clean and free 

from oil and grease. Follow instructions for changing

accessories. Periodically inspect cart for damage and

wear.

• Always use common sense and be cautious when 

using tools. 

It is not possible to anticipate every

situation that could result in a dangerous outcome.
