replacement parts.

 Worn or damaged

components can fail, resulting in injury. Failure to
observe this warning could result in severe injury
or death.

Ensure that the pump is in the preferred mode
of operation before use.

Do not use hands to check for leaks.

 High

pressure oil easily punctures skin, causing serious
injury, gangrene, or death. If injured, seek medical
help immediately to remove the oil.

Ensure that the pump is below the maximum tilt
angle.

Check the oil level and adjust if necessary. Low
oil may result in injury or property damage. For
best performance, always use MILWAUKEE Force
Logic™ Hydraulic Oil (49-32-0110) to refill the
reservoir.

Depressurize hydraulic system before
servicing, connecting or disconnecting the
hose or other hydraulic connection elements.
Always press the manual release button in
advance.

Wear eye protection when operating or
servicing the product.

 Failure to wear eye

protection could result in serious eye injury from
flying debris or hydraulic oil.

Use only hoses and attachments that are
single-acting and rated 10,000 psi (700 bar) or
higher.

For best performance, use hoses that are pre-
filled with oil.

If the hoses are not pre-filled, bleed

the system before operating.

Never operate the pump without a hose or
attachment.

For best performance, always use MILWAUKEE
Force Logic™ Hydraulic Oil (49-32-0110) to
refill the reservoir.

For optimal functionality, use M18™
REDLITHIUM™ 8.0 Ah battery or higher.

Follow the instructions provided in the
accessory’s user manual.

 Other uses may

cause damage to the product, accessories, and
workpiece.

Bleed the system if necessary.

Never hold your fingers or other body parts in the
working area of the cylinder or the jaws.
Remove the battery pack before starting any
adjustment, cleaning, and maintenance work on the
product.
Use only devices, battery packs, and chargers that are
in perfect technical condition.
Have damage repaired immediately by an authorised
service centre.
To avoid injury and damage, prevent accidental
starting of the product.
Remove any setting tools and wrenches before the
operation.
Do not work on electrically live parts. The product is
not insulated.

Keep hands and loose items of clothing away from
cutting tools and other moving parts.
In the event of problems during the crimping process,
immediately release the ON switch and press the
unlocking button on the hydraulic system. The valve
will open, and the piston will return to its initial position.

WARNING!

To reduce the risk of fire, personal injury,

and product damage due to a short circuit, never
immerse your product, battery pack, or charger in
fluid or allow fluid to flow inside them. Corrosive or
conductive fluids, such as seawater, certain industrial
chemicals, and bleach or bleach-containing products,
etc., can cause a short circuit.
Compliance with the specified service work and
service intervals is mandatory.
Never break open battery packs and chargers, and
store them only in dry rooms. Keep battery packs and
chargers dry at all times.
Use only M18 System chargers for charging M18
System battery packs. Do not use battery packs from
other systems.
To avoid injury and damage, never immerse the
product, removable battery or charger in liquid or allow
liquid to penetrate them.

WARNING!

The product contains a button-type/coin cell

lithium battery. A new or used battery can cause
severe internal burns and can lead to death in as
little as 2 hours if swallowed or if it enters the body.
Always secure the cover on the battery compartment.
If it does not close securely, stop the product, remove
the battery and keep it out of reach of children. If you
believe that someone has swallowed the battery or
that it has otherwise entered the body, seek immediate
medical attention.

 CRIMPING TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS

Crimping tools and crimping devices must be used only
by trained personnel in electrotechnical applications.
Never crimp live connecting materials.
Check the crimping tool, jaws, and dies for cracks and
other signs of wear before each use.
Use only crimping tools and crimping dies that are in
perfect technical condition.
Use only the crimping tool with crimping dies inserted
into it.
Do not touch the press jaws and the press ping bolt
during the pressing operation.
In the event of problems during the crimping process,
immediately release the ON switch and press the
unlocking button on the hydraulic system. The valve
will open, and the piston will return to its initial position.

 CABLE CUTTER SAFETY WARNINGS

Only persons who are trained in electrotechnical
applications may carry out cutting and splitting of
cables and cords with the aid of the cable cutter.
