Mounting the Drive Unit
Handle the drive unit with caution to avoid personal •
injury and damage to the equipment.
Do not make any adjustments to screws and bolts. •
There is a powerful magnetic force between the mixing •
head and the outer drive head.
Mount the drive unit onto the vessel following the
instructions for the appropriate mixer size:
GMP 50 ATEX, GMP 100 ATEX and GMP 500 ATEX
Install the drive unit into the tank plate. Put the two studs on the tank plate into 1.
the slots on the drive unit.
Turn the drive unit clockwise (view from below) to the stop position, 2.
approximately 15º.
Tighten the two nuts with a wrench. 3.
