FULL-BODY FALL ARREST HARNESS SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS (TREE BELT)
WARNING! YOU MUST thread the tree belt buckle as shown in Figure 11. Failure to thread the buckle as shown will result
in the belt failing to hold and separation from the tree trunk. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or
death!

STEP 3: With the full-body fall arrest harness
tree belt and tether installed as outlined previ-
ously, adjust the height of the tree belt so it is
taunt as shown in Figures 12 and 13. Please
note, the tether length will vary depending on
whether or not you are plan on standing or sit-
ting during your use of this Millennium product.
You must keep the tether length as short as
possible at all times to minimize the distance
you might fall in the unlikely event you experi-
ence a fall while using this Millennium product.

Wrap Tree Belt Around
Tree Trunk
STEP 1: Once you have reached your desired height,
insert the tree belt (refer to Figure 1 for identification)
through the loop of the full-body fall arrest harness tether
loop as shown in Figure 9. Wrap the tree belt around the
tree at a height that allows just enough slack for you to sit
comfortably in your stand (as shown in Figure 10). NOTE:
Keeping the full-body fall arrest harness tether as short as
possible limits the distance you will travel in the unlikely
event you should experience a fall.
STEP 2: Secure the tree belt by inserting the tag (free-
end) end through the slot in the buckle closest to opposite
end of the tree belt, then cross over the sliding mechanism
and back down through opposite slot. Pull on tree belt to
secure and test to make sure sliding mechanism engages,
creating secure tree belt placement. Refer to Figure 11
for proper tree belt buckle threading.
