You can use the selection box to define whether the
device settings stored in the backup files are supposed to be

Use the multi-function button to select the

programs”
menu item and press the button to confirm your
selection.

You can use the selection box to define whether the
training plans and programs stored in the backup files are
supposed to be imported and applied.

After selecting the data packages you wish to import, you
can start restoring the data stored on the miha bodytec USB
flash drive.
Use the multi-function button to select the
“Start process”
menu item and press the button to confirm your selection.

All settings and training programs as well as all training
plans stored on the device will be erased and replaced with
the contents of the backup files.
Use the multi-function button to select the
“YES”
selection
box and press the button to confirm your selection.

Data restoration starts.
10.
Once the data has been restored/imported successfully, it
is necessary to restart the device.
Press the On/Off switch on the back of the device.

The device shuts down.
11.
Remove the miha bodytec USB flash drive.
12.
Press the On/Off switch on the rear of the device.
ð
The device starts up. The data is restored.
