Delay start h/mins

Delay start allows you to delay the start
of a programme from 30 minutes up to
a maximum of 24 hours.

Time left display

After the start of a programme, the
duration of the programme selected will
be shown in the display counting down
in hours and minutes and finally in
minutes. At some points during the
wash, the time shown can change. This
is normal.

Locking functions (programme
locking, system lock)

Electronic programme locking

Electronic programme locking prevents
the door from being opened or the
programme cancelled during a wash
programme. The electronic programme
locking is automatically cancelled at the
end of the programme.

Electronic system lock

The system lock prevents anyone from
using the washing machine without
your knowledge. When the system lock
is activated :

– the door cannot be opened with the

door button

– a programme cannot be started.

Future updates (PC)

The indicator or check light marked PC
allows a service engineer to update
your machine in future years.

When, for example, new programmes
are developed or new fabrics are
introduced, a service engineer will be
able to modify existing programme
cycles accordingly.

Miele will provide information when
such possibilities become available.
