Cleaning the lint filter
Lint from items being dried is collected
by a two-part cartridge lint filter in the
ducting. This needs to be removed and
taken apart for cleaning.

The lint filter should be checked
and cleaned regularly, but always
clean immediately if the
Clean out
airways
message comes up in the
display.
Note: You can use a vacuum cleaner
to remove the lint.
Removing the filter

Press on the right hand side of the
access panel to the lint filter housing
to open it.
Do not turn the handle on the lint
filter, as this will cause the lint filter
to come apart (see below).

Pull the filter out by the handle.
Taking the filter apart

Hold the lint filter firmly by the
handles on either side, as shown.

Twist the inner section of the lint filter
as shown.

. Pull the two sections of the lint filter
apart.
