Air regulators
The APFD 200 insert for reprocessing air regulators must be supplied
with pressure for reprocessing. The pressure ensures that wash water
cannot enter the air regulators during reprocessing, assuming the
correct adapters are used.
The compressed air must correspond to the quality of breathing air
as a minimum. For this, observe the national and regional regula-
tions.
In addition, a flexible compressed air connection must be provided
on-site. The compressed air connection must be equipped with one
of the following quick-release couplings:
- CEJN series 341
- Parker Rectus series 25S
Preparing the in-
sert
Place the APFD 200 insert on the worktop. The insert must be
stable.
Remove the small-parts baskets and place these on the left and
right next to the APFD 200 insert.
The quick-release couplings on the insert should have the same col-
our coding as the accompanying compartments of the small-part
baskets so that you can assign the air regulator small parts clearly.
