Check that ice cubes are not frozen
together in the ice cube container
and that the dispenser is not
blocked. It is important to empty the
ice cube container regularly,
particularly if you have not used any
ice cubes for more than a week.
Remember it can take up to 10 hours
to produce the first ice cubes.

producing small ice cubes.

Are other appliances that are
connected to the mains water supply
being used at the same time?
Avoid using the dishwasher, washing
machine etc. at the same time as
each other.

Check whether the water filter needs
to be changed.

Check whether there is sufficient
water pressure. The water pressure
(flow rate) must be between 1.7 and
5.5 bar.

Check that the correct valve was
installed; an incorrect valve may
cause a drop in water pressure.

clean and wash it if necessary.

Ice can absorb the taste and smell of
unwrapped food.
. . . you can hear noises from the ice/
water dispenser on a regular basis.
This is not a fault.
The ice cube separation function is
active. The spindle in the ice cube
drawer moves at regular intervals to
separate the ice cubes and prevent
them from freezing together and
blocking the dispensing spout.
