Using Sensor Roast
This operating mode is suitable for
roasting meat, fish, and poultry that
needs to be well browned, as well as
prime rib and fillet.
You must use the wireless probe in this
operating mode.
The cooking duration is determined by
when the set core temperature is
reached.
Tips
- All heat-resistant cookware is suitable
for use.
- Small pieces of meat that you do not
want to be too well done should be
browned first.
- Do not add marinades containing
sugar until halfway through cooking
(otherwise the marinade will burn).
- If you are cooking meat on a bed of
vegetables, add liquid at regular
intervals to stop the vegetables from
burning.
Danger of injury! The metal tip of the
probe can cause injury.
Remove the probe from the storage
sleeve.
Insert the metal tip of the probe into
the food. The handle should be
pointing up diagonally.
Place the food on shelf level 3.
