Amount to be dispensed
Please follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions.
It is particularly important to observe manufacturer's instructions
when using a combination of cleaning agents and special
application products. Products must only be used for applications
approved by the manufacturer to avoid any material damage or the
occurrence of strong chemical reactions. Confirmation must be
sought from the detergent manufacturer that using the agent in the
washing machine will not cause damage.
Correct dosage also depends on the viscosity of the liquid agent. It
should therefore be allowed to settle to room temperature before
being used.
Cleaning and maintenance of the dispensing system
Avoiding
blockages and
corrosion in the
dispensing
system
Rinse out the siphons with water.
Put the siphons in a container of warm water (40-50 °C).
Use dispenser calibration to activate each pump until the
dispensing system is rinsed through.
Check the connection points, hoses, dispensing sockets and
washers for leaks.
Rinse the dispensing system through with warm water every
2 weeks, or before shutting the dispenser pumps down for any
length of time, to avoid the system getting clogged up and
corroded.
