Troubleshooting and service guideline
Common troubles and troubleshooting methods
The vacuum cleaner does not work.
Possible reason Troubleshooting method
The plug does not be correctly
inserted into the socket
Correctly insert the plug into the socket.
The temperature controller of the
motor works.
Turn off the machine, and remove the plug from the
socket, and then clean the dust container and the
filter; then, turn on the machine after the motor is
cooled down.

The dust cleaner cannot clean the dust or the suction power is
weak.
Possible reason Troubleshooting method
The dust container is full. Clean the dust container.
The dust container needs to be
cleaned or replaced.
Remove the filter, and check and clean the dust
container; then, clean or replace the filter.
The machine needs to be replaced. Replace the machine.
Dust leaks from the machine.
Possible reason Troubleshooting method
The dust container is full. Clean the dust container.
The filter fails to be installed at the
right position.
Reinstall the filter.
The filter cracks. Replace the filter.
Note: the dust container can be washed; in order to make sure the product can achieve
best cleaning effect, please replace the filter with a new one every 3 months (it depend
on the actual usage condition).
Important note point: when you install the filter on the vacuum cleaner, please make
sure the whole filter is completely dried.
