保修须知
●
请妥善保管购机发票及保修凭证一同作为保修之用,发票一经涂改,保修即行失效。
●
在保修期内,凡属产品本身质量引起的故障,请顾客凭已填好的《产品保修证书》及购机发票
在全国各地“特约维修网点”免费维修。
●
已过保修期限的顾客,如需邮购产品零件配件,可联系本公司客户服务中心邮购,也可在当地
网点购买。
●
特约维修网点有义务向顾客提供优质的服务,顾客如对其服务质量存异议,可直接向我客户服
务中心投诉。
●
下述情况下,我公司不负责生产品“三包”维修服务,但仍为您提供收费服务:
1. 无三包凭证及有效发票;
2. 未按说明书的要求操作所引起的故障;
3. 因用户使用、保管、维护不当而造成的损坏;
4. 非我公司特约服务人员安装或维修造成的损坏;
5. 因不可抗力造成的损坏;
6. 购机证明经涂改的产品;
注意
整机保修期为两年,充电电池保修期为6个月,边刷保修期为3个月。
( 自开具发票之日起计算,保修范围仅限家庭使用 )
WARRANTY INFORMATION

Please keep invoice and warrenty carefully; Warrenty will be invalid if invoice altered.
●
During warrenty period, consumers can repair appliance for free at maintanace station
with Warrenty and Invoice, if the problem is caused by appliance quanlity.
●
Out of warranty period, consumer can perchase spare part by contacting service center
or purchase from local maintanace station.
●
Maintanace station have the obligation to offer good service to consumers;
and consumers can complain to service center if consumer is not satified with the service.
●
We will not offer warrenty to below status, howover, we can offer service in charge:
1. No warranty and valid invoice.
2. Problems caused by misopertion which is not allowed in mannual.
3. Damage due to discorrect using, storing or maintanace.
4. Damage due to improper reparing not by our service staff.
5. Damage due to force majeure.
6. Invoice altered.
The warrenty period for main body is 2 years, for battery is 6 months and for side
brush is 3 months (from the invoice issuing date and only for house using)
