If the abnormality cannot be eliminated by the following methods, please contact Midea 

Customer Service Center for repair by professionals.

Troubleshooting Method

 

The whole machine fails 
to work.

 

• 

The power plug is not plugged in 
properly.

 

• 

There is no power supply from the 
socket.

 

• 

Plug in the power plug properly.

 

• 

Check the circuit line.

 

The heating tube fails to 
work.

 

• 

The connection terminal is loose.

 

• 

Contact after-sales service center 
for treatment.

 

There is still water 
residue on the tableware 
after disinfection.

 

• 

There are too many tableware 
pieces piled up or there are too 
much water accumulated on the 
tableware.

 

• 

Arrange tableware according to the 
design of the bowl rack to drain 
water.

 

• 

There is odor in 

the cabinet.

 

• 

The cabinet is not clean.

 

• 

Opening the cabinet door during 
work will cause ozone leakage.

 

• 

Clean the cabinet.

 

• 

It is recommended to open the 
cabinet door 20 minutes after the 
cabinet finishes working.

 

Tableware turns yellow 
or is discolored.

 

• 

If the mixture of detergent and 
grease is not washed clean, it will 
turn yellow and cause 
discoloration at high temperature.

 

• 

Clean the tableware before putting it 
into the disinfection cabinet for
