148 Troubleshooting
* The phenomenon of low pressure side blockage
The discharge temperature is higher than normal value*, low pressure is lower than normal value*, current is lower than normal
value* and suction pipe may be frosting.
4. The phenomenon of too large indoor load
The suction temperature and discharge temperature are both higher than normal value.
5. The phenomenon of air or nitrogen in the system
The high pressure is higher than normal value, current is larger than normal value, discharge temperature is higher than normal
value, abnormal compressor noise, pressure meter is not steady.
*For normal system running parameters please refer to attached table 3.
4.19 P1: High pressure protection
When the pressure is over 4.4MPa, the system will display P1 protection, the ODUs will be on standby. When
the pressure is lower than 3.2MPa, P1 protection is finished and normal operation resumes.
Note:
* The phenomenon of high pressure side blockage
The high pressure is higher than normal value, the low pressure is lower than normal value, and the discharge temperature is
higher than normal value.
* The phenomenon of excess refrigerant is
The high pressure is higher than normal value, the low pressure is higher than normal value, and the discharge temperature is
lower than normal value.
* The phenomenon of air or nitrogen in the system
The high pressure is higher than normal value, current is larger than normal value, discharge temperature is higher than normal
Outdoor main PCB is damaged
Replace the outdoor main PCB
P1: High pressure protection
Low condenser heat exchange,
causes may include dirty heat
exchanger, abnormal ODU fan
operation, too closed outdoors
installation, etc.
Inspect the system and fix the error
The high pressure side of the system is
blocked, caused by crushed or bent pipe,
blocked valve or closed stop valve*
Make sure all valves are open, ensure free
refrigerant flow
Excess refrigerant*
Discharge part of the refrigerant. Add oil if
it leaks during the discharge
System contains air or nitrogen*
Flush all refrigerant. Then vacuum the
system and recharge the refrigerant. Add
oil to the system if it leaks.
