Troubleshooting Guide

Measures for Emergency
1. During using, If there are some abnormal cases, please unplug immediately
and disconnect power.
2. For any failure of the product, please contact the special maintenance
department or the customer service center.
After power is supplied, the
“
ON/STANDBY
” indicator lamp
fails to light up.
Whether the plug is inserted tightly.
Whether the switch, socket, fuse and power cord
are in good condition.
Whether the pot materials are acceptable
For other reasons, please contact the special
maintenance department.
Whether the ambient temperature is too high
Whether the air entry or the air vent is blocked
Whether the timing period reaches
The system protection functions, and conduct
energizing test
Wait a moment and press the “
ON/STANDBY
” button
when the temperature of the hotplate becomes normal,
the induction hotplate will operate as usual.
Turn off the hotplate, when the voltage becomes
normal, and then turn on the hotplate, it will operate
as usual.
The “
ON/STANDBY
” indicator
lamp lights up, but heating
does not start.
Heating stops suddenly
during operation.
