GROMMET MOUNTING
NOTE
: If using grommet hole for wire management,
position assembly with cutout in line with wires before
tightening assembly in place.
Countersinks must face out.

1. Insert long carriage bolt (N) through adapter plate (C) as shown. (

2. Attach adapter plate (C) to pole base (F) using (4x) flat head screws (M) and tighten
using 4mm hex key (Q) as shown.
3. Apply (4x) adhesive pads (J) around the bottom of adapter plate (C) evenly spaced.
4. Insert pole base assembly into grommet hole in work surface. Using grommet plate (D) and knob
(G), tighten base securely to work surface.
