DL451 Modular I/O

Option 2 Set ID
This option allows you set up the unique ID of the DL451 Modular I/O to distinguish it
from any other DL451 Modular I/Os in the XL8 Live Performance System network. Any
number from 1 to 10 is available.
To set up the unit’s ID

Enter the main menu and select
option 2; see “To enter the main menu and
select an option” on page 42. You should
see the “Select ID” menu (shown left),
which shows the current ID.

Use down arrow button to go to the ID
number you require, for example, “7”. (If
you wish to leave the current selection
unchanged at this point, select the
“Unchanged” option, which is in between 10
and 1.)

When the required ID number is
displayed, press SELECT . This will save and
store the setting, and take you back to the
option 2 display. However, if you had
selected “Unchanged” Step 2, the current ID
number will remain unaltered.
