When the refrigerator is working, the evaporator and pipes will give out crack sound due to thermal
expansion and contradiction resulting from temperature fluctuation.
It is normal that compressor works for a long time
when much food is placed in it or ambient
temperature stays high.
When the refrigerator is powered on/off, the
electrical elements such as thermostat, starting
relay and thermal protector will give out click sound
due to operation.
Tiny drops of moisture may appear on the external
surface and mullion of the refrigerator and can be
swept with soft cloth.
It is normal that temperature of rear condenser and
front mullion is high due to heat dissipation.
FAQ
In case of first use or startup, the refrigerator will
hum heavily due to unstable operating status. Such
sound will decrease after stable operation.
Vibration sound is related to location of the
refrigerator. Slight vibration will result in much noise
if the appliance is not leveled. Level the refrigerator
for horizontal standing to reduce vibration sound.
In case of first use, this is normal that the
refrigerator operates for a long time, and
temperature of refrigerator body and compressor is
high.
Jetting sound: Refrigerant used by the appliance is
jetted into evaporator in liquid form, so continuous
or intermittent whoosh sound will be given out.
