• Unplug the power
plug and re-plug
it properly.
• Check the fuse.

• Wash the lid, frying basket, oil reservoir and
housing with hot soapy water.
• Rinse these parts with clean water and dry
thoroughly.
• Clean the control unit with a damp cloth and mild
soap solution.
• Do not immerse the control units or power cable
with plug in water or other liquids.
Never hold
these parts under running water!
• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, or
abrasive scourers, metal or sharp implements to
clean your appliance.
• Dry all parts thoroughly after cleaning and before
use.
• Reassemble the appliance ( Installation).
Changing the oil
• Oil needs to be changed regularly for hygiene
reasons.
• Never add new oil to used oil. This will lead to
foaming and splattering.
DISPOSAL OF USED OIL AND FAT
• Pour used oil into suitable container (bottle) and
seal it well.
• Wrap solid fat in paper.
• Do not dispose with your normal household
waste. Check with your local authorities regarding
proper disposal methods of used oil.
