first remove ice from product
that have been deep frozen.
Even the smallest drops
of water cause hot oil to
be sprayed or even small

or 3 L (volume) for GDF3004
and GDF3024. The maximum
loading of frying basket is 1.5
kg (weight) or 3.5 L (volume)
for GDF3008, GDF3028,
GDF5008 and GDF5028. Do
not overfill the frying baskets
and never exceed their
maximum capacity.
5. The appliance is not intended
to be operated by means of an
external timer or a separate
remote-control system.

Danger of fire!
If the oil level
is below the
MIN
marking
there is an increase risk of an
oil fire.
7. Do not use old oil for frying as
due to its lower ignition point
is more susceptible to self-
inflammation and promotes its
foaming over. In addition there
is an increased development
of smoke and strong odours.
8. The device is not suitable for
being directly sprayed with a
water jet. As a result do not
use pressurised water jets to
clean this device!
9. Do not wet clean the control
unit and do not immerse it in
water. Moisture must not be
allowed to penetrate it. Before
assembly thoroughly clean all
device parts!
