Lighting the hot cabinet 

Select the desired temperature using the hot cabinet knob (item 1 in Fig. 6). The heating
unit starts to operate and the operation indicator light turns on (item 2 in Fig. 6). This light
will turn off when the selected temperature has been reached. You can select the hot com-
partment temperature between 30° and 90°C and intermediate values.

A bad smell during the first ignition is considered within the norm and it is due to the over-
heating of the oil residues used for the metal processing and to insulating materials. Dur-
ing the first ignition, without putting food into the chamber, set the oven to a temperature
of 90°C until the smell disappear.
