Hub Functions - Remote Support
The SKALA Hub can occasionally run into problems. When this happens and you contact
SKALA Support, they will often need to get the error logs out of the Hub.
This is possible through the Remote Access Support built into every Hub. It is, however, an
option that is toggled on and off.
To turn this option on, open the settings page and go to “Network Settings”. On this page at
the bottom there is a button that will say “Enable/Disable Remote Access Support”. If the
“Enable” option is present, it is currently off. If the “Disable” option is present it is currently
on.
If SKALA Support ever needs to help you, this tool will help solve any potential issues
greatly. It can be turned on anytime and in the event SKALA Support may ask you to enable
it if it is not already.
