Installation Instructions
1. Turn off the power at the main fuse/breaker box.
2. Remove lens, lamps, driver/ballast cover, lamp holders and driver/ballast from existing fixture as applicable.
3. Carefully open carton, remove gear tray from carton.
4. The mounting brackets come in a folded position from the factory, bend the mounting brackets to roughly 75 degrees for
installation. (Figure 1.)
