Report on the first start-up of the boiler
(Copy of the owner of the central heating boiler )
In order to verify the purchase and recognize the validity of the warranty, a report must be sent within 30 days
from the date of the first start-up. These activities can be performed by:
1. E-mail - in which the scan or photo of the report will be posted.
2. Letter - in which a copy of the report for METAL-FACH Jacek Kucharewicz will be sent, the company's
address is at the end of the Technical and Movement Document.
