Release the 6 bolts of the inner lid and remove it. You will get access to the motor.

Remove the 4 bolts holding the brushes (10).

Remove the brushes and disconnect the cables (11).

Disasemble metal parts from plactic parts (12).

Replace the new brushes into the plastic parts (13).

Connect the cables to the new brushes (14).

Use a screwdriver to pull the grey part of the brushes and make them go out (15).
9.
Replace the new brushes on the motor and fix them with the 4 bolts (10).
10.
Close the inner lid and check the correct working of the unit.

In order to reset the brush timer, press simultaneously keys
[AUTO/MAN]
and
[–]
for 5 seconds. Notice how the
display blinks and 2 seconds later the timer resets and the
‘br’
message will disappear.
NOTE:
When the message
‘br’
appears, you will have to put the unit off and on in order to run again. The message will
keep on to remind that brushes must be replaced as soon as possible.
ASPIRATION MOTOR MAINTENANCE
After working 1600 h, the electronic controls will show the message
‘En’
, meaning that it is the time to replace the
aspiration motor. Then, proceed as following:
1.
Unplug the unit.
2.
Pull the 4 pins at the lower lid (16) and remove it. You will gain access to the motor.
