Connecting the drainage pipe
The drainage pipe can be connected as follows:
1. To the sink drain siphon, ensuring that the drainage pipe is fastened to the
worktop to prevent water from returning to the Washer-drier;
2. To a drainage pipe with a minimum diameter of 40 mm;
3. Resting it on the sink, using the special plastic U-bend provided to prevent
crushing or excessive curving of the pipe (Fig. 15). The special plastic
U-bend must be firmly fixed to the wall to prevent the drainage pipe from
moving and draining water anywhere but into the sink.
In all cases, the free end of the pipe must measure between 40 and 100 mm
and it must not be underwater.
