4.12.2.
Flow meter Installation
To install a new flow meter, follow the flow meter removal procedure in
reverse order. Then perform a leak test on the connections as described in
section 4.17.
i.
Install the flow meter through the control panel.
ii.
Tighten the flow meter nuts with a wrench. (Torque setting at 62N-cm =
5.5inch-pound)
iii.
Reconnect oxygen tubing from the flow meter fittings, and fasten the
tie-wraps.
iv.
Install control panel and the cabinet.
4.13.
Buzzer Replacement
i.
Set the unit's ON/OFF switch to the OFF
position, and unplug the power cord.
ii.
Remove the cabinet. (See section 4.2.1)
iii.
Disconnect buzzer connector from circuit board. (See Figure 4-24)
iv.
Remove buzzer from the central frame by loosing the two screws.
v.
Install new buzzer and connect the connector to circuit board..
vi.
Install control panel and cabinet.
