Optional Extension Brackets
For this mainboard, you can obtain some USB module extension
brackets. You can use auxiliary USB connectors USB2 and USB3
for extra USB ports. Following these steps below to install them.
Note:
All the ribbon cables used on the extension brackets have a
red stripe on the Pin-1 side of the cable.

1. Locate the USB2/3/5 header on the mainboard.
2. Plug the bracket cable onto the USB2/3/5 header.
3. Remove a slot cover from one of the expansion slots on the
system chassis. Install an extension bracket in the opening.
Secure the extension bracket to the chassis with the screw that
held the slot cover.
