HINT:

Continue arranging the Roof Board Packs 

(A, B, C & D)

 onto the roof assembly, working around the struc-

ture, building each layer of roof boards one by one.

Ensure the roof boards are not laid too close together, use the spacers 

(No.69) 

provided to create a 2mm 

gap. Adjusting the spacing between the boards allows the wood to swell in damp weather.

Once you are happy with the fit of the roof boards, fix the 2nd, 3rd & 4th boards into place using 40mm 

screws ensuring the screws fix through the roof board into the truss below.

Repeat this so you have 4 boards screwed down in total on each of the 7 sections.
