Getting Started
To Mute a Hands Free Call
Depress the mute key on the radio keypad.
To Unmute a Hands Free Call
Depress the mute key on the radio keypad.
Entering or Exiting Vehicular Mode While in a Call
If you wish to leave the vehicle while in a call, open the
fl
ip (if closed), then disconnect the coilcord. You can now
continue your conversation outside the vehicle.
Note:
Be advised that the call will be disconnected if the coilcord is removed when the flip is closed.
If you wish to enter the vehicle while in a call, plug the coilcord into the phone.
Note:
Before placing the phone in the cradle, be sure the coilcord is properly connected and the vehicle is on.
When your phone is properly connected to the coilcord, your vehicle’s electrical system will begin to recharge the
phone’s battery. If the phone is properly connected to the coilcord, the upper left hand battery icon in the phone
display will blink on and off.
Note:
In certain circumstances, a call may be dropped when connecting or disconnecting the coilcord due to the
complexities of the cellular system.
