spaces. The exhaust gases contain carbon
monoxide. Inhaling exhaust fumes consti-
tutes a health hazard and could lead to loss
of consciousness or even death.

Vehicles with a petrol engine: the cat-
alytic converter is preheated for up to
30seconds after a cold start. The sound of
the engine may change during this time.
