Check the thickness of the slices, and use the knob to adjust if necessary.

Switch off the slicer and unplug the power cord after use. Clean all the parts immediately
after use.
MAINTENANCE
NOTE:
• Do not wash the slicer or any of its parts in a dishwasher.
• Service must only be carried out by an authorised service centre.
1.
Unplug the power cord and turn the knob to 0 before cleaning.
2.
Tilt the slide away from the base to clean it.
3.
Release the blade by pressing the marker by the blade lock. Turn clockwise, lift and carefully
remove the blade.
4.
Carefully clean the blade with hot water and washing-up liquid. Rinse and wipe dry.
5.
Fit the blade by aligning the tab to the drive wheel and pressing into place. Turn anticlockwise
to lock in place.
