SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

and workplaces.

Do not use the appliance outdoors.
•
Check that the mains voltage matches the voltage on the toaster’s type plate.
•
Do not touch hot surfaces. Only use the handle and controls.
•
To avoid electric shock, never immerse the power cord or any other part of the
toaster in water or any other liquid.
•
Keep an eye on the toaster at all times.
•
This appliance can be used by children from eight years and upwards and by
persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental capacities, or limited
experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or receive instructions
concerning the safe use of the appliance and the risks involved. Do not allow
children to play with the appliance. Cleaning or other maintenance must not
be carried out by children under eight years of age.

Keep the appliance under careful supervision when it is used by, or near children.
•
Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children under eight
years of age.
•
Unplug the appliance from the mains when it is not in use and before
cleaning it.

Do not use the appliance if it, or its power cord, is damaged or not working
properly. A damaged power cord must be replaced by authorised personnel.

Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of a bench or table, and do
