two times during the
defrosting process to
indicate that it is time to
turn over the food. Open
the door and turn over the
food. Close the door. Press
the Instant/Start button
again to resume defrosting.
Automatic cooking
The appliance has several cooking
programmes. When the colon flashes in the
LED display, press the Auto Cooking button.
The LED display switches from A.1, A.2 … A.8
each time the button is pressed.
Select the required programme for the type of
food and weight as per the table below.

• The temperature of the food before
cooking should be 20–25°C. With a
higher or lower start temperature the
cooking time must be adjusted.
• The cooking time is affected by the
temperature, weight and shape of the
food. The values in the table are for
guidance. Adjust the cooking time to the
actual situation.
