INSERT BODY INSTALLATION
1.
Carefully slide Insert body into t
he fireplace opening about 6”
.
2.
Make final Gas Line connections and perform leak tests.
3.
Make final Electrical Connections and verify power connection.
4.
Create large vertical loops behind or to the side of the Insert body with both excess gas flex line and excess electrical MC
Cable.
5.
Slide vent adapter forward between guide rails. Vent adapter
’s
front flat section should contact insert top as you slide the
Vent Adapter forward.
6.
Use spring loaded lever to pull vent adapter back into place on the unit and then latch it to front of unit.
