6. Flame tamer, cooking grid, and warming rack
assembly
a)
Place flame tamer (G) and question mark
burner flame tamer (H) over burners as shown,
ends should insert into channels on front and
back of firebox.
b)
Evenly space cooking grids (J) on the ledge
above flame tamers.
To obtain searing marks in cooked
meat, be sure to insert grids so that the side
with four corner feet faces down.
c) Insert legs of warming rack (K) into the holes in
the top of firebox side panels.
7. Rotisserie Operating illustrations
a.
Place rotisserie motor onto the motor bracket,
plug into a properly grounded outlet. Ensure
that the rotisserie spit rod is inserted into the
motor prior to turning on the motor.
b.
When finish using rotisserie motor, switch to
"off " position and unplug.
c.
Put the rubber ring on the back panel.
