Assembly Instruction
Tighten all screws on the grill as some screws may have loosened during transit
1.Side shelf control panel assembly
a.
Loosen but do not remove the four 5/32 screws
that are located on the left side shelf control
panel ( D).
b.
Remove the two 5/32 screws on the top edge of
the left side shelf control panel.
c.
Align the key holes on the side shelf (B) .Hang
the side shelf control panel (D) to the side shelf
(B) and tighten the screws loosen in step a.
d.
With the two screws removed in step b insert
them from the side shelf control panel (D) to the
side shelf (B), then tighten. See Fig.1.
2. Sear side burner control panel assembly
a.
Loosen but do not remove the four 5/32 screws on
the sear side burner control panel (E).
b.
Remove one 5/32 screw on the sear side burner
control panel.
c.
Align the key holes on the sear side burner bowl
assembly (C) .Hang the sear side burner control
panel (E) to the sear side burner bowl assembly (C)
and tighten the screws loosen in step a.
d.
With one screw removed in step b insert it from the
sear side burner control panel (E) to the sear side
burner bowl assembly (C), then tighten. See Fig.2.
3.Sear side burner bowl assembly
a.
Loosen but do not remove two ¼” screws which are
pre-
assembled on the main firebox. Remove the 5/32”
screws and one M4 flat washer which are pre-
assembled on the main control panel.
b.
Remove the three ¼” screws on the top edge of the
sear side burner bowl, align the bottom key holes on
side burner bowl with two loosened screws on right
side panel. Hang the side burner bowl to the cart with
the two loosened screws on the side panel.
c. Insert one 5/32” screw and one M4 flat washer to
attach the sear side burner control panel to the
main control panel which are removed from step a.
Fully tighten the two loosened screws to secure shelf
to firebox. See Fig.3
