nication The equipment attached to the
LAN port of the local
MEX6200 cannot communi-
cate with the remote MEX6200
over the WAN. Problem with the connection to the LAN:
• Check that the LINK LED of the corresponding LAN port
lights. If not, check that the cable to the LAN port is prop-
erly connected.
• Check that the Admin Status of the MNG port is Up and
that it is operating properly.
• Check that the IP information of the remote MEX6200 is
configured correctly (for example, the default gateway).
External problem:
• Check the IP configuration of the external equipment (for
example, the gateway address) that is connected to the
local MEX6200 LAN port.
Defective MEX6200:
• Replace the MEX6200.
