7. Once the cooking time has elapsed, a bell will ring and
the appliance will switch itself off.
o The appliance can be turned off manually, during
cooking, by turning the
timer
to the “OFF”
position.
8. Always turn the appliance off after use. Turn all control
buttons to “0”, “OFF” or “Low”. Remove the plug from
the socket and allow the appliance to cool after use.
Please note that it is not possible to use both cooking
plates at the same time as the oven.
Using the cooking plates
1. Connect the appliance.
2. Turn the right cooking plate (2) on using the power
button (3). There are 3 settings for the right cooking
plate: 300, 400 and 700 W. The indicator lamp (4)
next to the power button will light up when the right
cooking plate is on.
3. Turn the left cooking plate (1) on using the mode
selector (see overview of control buttons above). There
are 3 settings for the left cooking plate:

400, 800 and
1200 W. The indicator lamp next to the power button
will light up when the left cooking plate is on.
4. Always turn the appliance off after use. Turn all control
buttons to “0”, “OFF” or “Low”. Remove the plug from
the socket and allow the appliance to cool after use.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay attention to
the following:
• Remove the plug from the mains socket, and allow the
appliance to cool down completely before cleaning it.
• Never immerse the appliance in water and make sure
no water enters the appliance.
• Clean the appliance by wiping it with a damp cloth. A
little detergent can be added if the appliance is heavily
soiled.
• The oven tray, rack and tongs can be cleaned in soapy
water (washing-up liquid).
• Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of
strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean
the appliance, as they can damage the external
surfaces of the appliance.
• IMPORTANT! Allow to dry completely after cleaning.
Do not use the appliance if it is damp.
• Always clean the appliance before putting it away if it
is not to be used for a prolonged period.
