8 Troubleshooting and Alarming
If you encounter a problem with your microSync sys-
tem, you can contact our technical support at any time.
In order to be able to perform a quick and targeted
diagnosis of your system, please provide us with a
diagnostic file of the microSync system concerned.
You can create this diagnostic file with the Meinberg
Device Manager software. Select the menu "Config-
ure Device(s) -> System Settings" and then use the
button
Get Diagnostics File
. With the button "Cre-
ate Snapshot" you can also create a text file with the
current configuration. This file is also helpful for our
employees in solving the problem.
If these files are too big to send by mail, you can
also use our upload page:

Please enter the serial number of your device again
and, if already available, a support ticket number.
