2.    To  produce  best  recording  result,  we  suggest that  you  put  the  PDR -1  at  a  distance  of  around  60c m  fro m  the 

sound source, at table height.     

3.    Please adjust the input volume level to a  proper condition. Do not set to the highest volume level on recording, 

otherwise, the recording sound quality will be d istorted.   

4.    In  situations  where  mu ltiple   instruments  are  played  simultaneously,  the  PDR-1  should  be  positioned  near  to 

instruments with sma ller sound levels – or you need to use extension microphones for the diffe rent instruments. 

5.    If  you  want  to  record  speech  (e.g.  fro m  a  teacher)  together  with  the  playing  of  instruments,  it  is  best  if  the 

speaker uses the extensional lapel mic rophone to improve the results.   

6.    For better recording quality, the e xtensional lapel microphone could also be clipped on score stands or the body 

of a player, depending on the situation.
