IMPORTANT: Only use spare parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.

Never immerse the spray gun in solvent or other fluid.

Be careful never to damage the holes in air cap, paint nozzle or paint nozzle.

Uneven

Air leaks in between the paint
nozzle and the connection.

Air leaks in between the air
setting ring and body or the
connection.

Air leaks in by the needle lock nut.

Air leaks in between the paint
hose and the container.

Dismantle and clean the parts and
refit. Replace the parts if they are
damaged.



Clogged hole in the air cap.

Clean the nozzle with a nylon brush
(not a metal brush).

outlet.

Clean the holes.

Replace the air cap if the holes are
damaged.

Remove the paint nozzle and clean
the connection.
Thinner in the
middle

Too low viscosity.

Excessive paint flow.

Add undiluted paint too increase the
viscosity.

Turn the spray valve for less paint
flow (gives smaller spray pattern).
Thicker in the middle

Too high paint viscosity.

Excessive paint flow.

Add solvent to reduce the viscosity.

Turn the spray valve for more paint
flow.
