WARNING! Always check that the power switch and start inhibitor are working properly before plugging in
the power cord.
Start the tool by pressing forward the power switch. Switch off the tool by pushing back the power switch.
Sanding
WARNING! Do not touch the gear housing immediately after use
– risk of burn injury.
The sanding capacity and sanding pattern depend on the material the workpiece is made of and the type of
sandpaper used..

The sandpaper lasts longer if you work with a uniform pressure.

Pressing harder will not speed up the work, but will put more strain on the tool and the sandpaper.

Use a corner or edge of the sandpaper to sand edges, corners and places difficult to get at.

When sanding a particular spot in this way the sandpaper can get very hot. Lift the tool off the
workpiece regularly to allow the sandpaper to cool.

Sandpaper that has been used on metal should not be used on other materials.

Only use original accessories. Always connect dust extraction when sanding.
Scraping
The scraping accessory is used for the following purposes.

Removing paint, surface coatings, vinyl and other floor coverings.

Removing glue residues.

Cutting mats.

To cut and remove mats place the scraper perpendicular to the workpiece, at an angle of no more
than 20°, and apply a light pressure. At greater angles or harder pressure the scraper could cut into
the surface under the mat.
WARNING Do not fit the round or straight cutting
tool backwards (fig. 9), this could cause serious
personal injury.
