attachment as far as possible..
2. Lift the belt off the large pulley, and
then from the pulley on the motor.
3. Put the new belt on the small pulley
first, and then on the large one.
4. Move down the motor attachment
until the belt is correctly tensioned,
as below. Tighten the screws on the
motor attachment.
Check and adjust the tension of
the belt
1. Press a finger on the middle of the belt.
It should be possible to press in the belt
about 1.3 to 1.9 cm.
2. If the belt can be pressed in more than
this, tension it by undoing the screws on
the motor attachment and moving the
attachment away from the pulley. Tighten
the screws on the motor attachment and
check the tension again. If the belt is so
long that it cannot be properly tensioned
it must be replaced.
3. If the belt is tensioned to tightly, undo the
screws and move the attachment towards
the pulley. Tighten the screws on the motor
attachment and check the tension again.

4. Replace the guard over the belt before
starting the product.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Switch off the product, pull out the plug, and
allow the product to cool before cleaning
and/or maintenance.
• Keep the product clean. Clean the product
after use and before putting it away.
• Proper maintenance and regular cleaning
are essential for the product to work
satisfactorily.
• Always check the product, the power cord
and plug for damage before use. Do not
use the product if it is damaged.
• The product is permanently lubricated and
does not need further lubrication.
• Make sure there is enough space to work
around the product for maintenance.
WARNING!
Do not carry out any maintenance or
adjustments other than as described in these
instructions. Repairs must be carried out by
qualified personnel.
CLEANING
Carefully clean the product after use.
1. Clean the product with a dry cloth. Use a
brush for parts difficult to get at.
Clean the ventilation openings on the
product after use. The product can be
cleaned with compressed air (max 3 bar).
2. Residual material in the drum will harden
and cause more material to fasten next
time the product is used, which in time
will prevent the product from working.
Scrape off hardened cement from the
drum. Do not put stones or bricks in the
drum and do not knock it with a hard
object to loosen hardened cement – this
can damage the product.
3. To clean the product run it for about two
minutes with a mixture of water and
coarse gravel. Pour out the mixture and
rinse the inside and outside of the drum.
4. The drum can be rinsed as it has a
protection rating of IP44.
NOTE:
• Do not use strong or abrasive chemicals.
• Do not spray water or any other liquid
on the motor casing.
STORAGE
1. Switch off the product and pull out the plug.
2. Clean the product in accordance with the
instructions.
