from the ground to avoid stones etc. being
pulled into the auger. The optimum height
for the shave plate depends on the surface.
Increase the height for surfaces with gravel and
stones etc.
IMPORTANT:
When changing the belt, remove the skid
shoes before removing the auger housing.
1. Unpack the skid shoes and remove the
screws.
2. Fit the skid shoes loosely in place with the
screws and hex nuts on each side of the
auger housing, as shown in the diagram.
Make sure the tips of the skid shoes point
outwards.
FIG. 3
3. Place the snowblower on a level, smooth
and stable surface.
4. Put a board under the shave plate on the
auger housing, so that the shave plate
comes at the required height over the
ground. The skid shoes must not rest on
the board.
5. Undo the two screws on the first skid so
that the skid slides down and rests on the
ground, then tighten the nuts again to
lock the skid shoe in place. Repeat on the
other side.
TOP HANDLE
Fit the top handle on the bottom handle with
the 4 plastic knobs, screws, nuts and washers.

EJECTOR
1. Remove the screw and the flat washer
from the ejector.
2. Align the ejector to the ejector fastener
and press in place.
3. Put the screw with the washer in the hole
EJECTOR
The ejector controls the direction and length
of throw of the ejected snow. The ejector can
be turned by hand to the required angle (175˚)
and the length of throw can be adjusted with
the lever for the ejector guide.
ASSEMBLY
The snowblower is supplied partly assembled.
This section describes the necessary
preparations before use. References to the left
and right side of the snowblower assume that
the user is standing in the driving position
behind the snowblower.
NOTE:
The snowblower is heavy. Two persons or
lifting equipment can therefore be necessary
for assembly.
UNPACKING
Unpack the snowblower and check that all the
parts on the list are included and undamaged.
1. Snowblower
2. Top handle with ejector
3. Starter handle
4. Two skid shoes
5. Assembly parts

SKID SHOES
Adjust the height of the skid shoes to set the
distance from the ground to shave plate on
the auger housing. When clearing snow on
concrete, asphalt and other smooth surfaces,
adjust the height so that the underside of the
shave plate is immediately above the ground.
When clearing snow on gravel and other
rough surfaces, adjust the height so that the
underside of the shave plate is further away
