After another short press on the memory button , the memory
slot number 1 (the most recently saved value) will appear in the
display, together with the temperature reading and the symbol for
the measurement mode (ear or forehead measurement mode or
surface temperature mode). With a further press of the memory
button , you can call up the result stored in memory slot “2”. A
total of 30 memory slots are available, and these will be displayed in
order if you continue to press the memory button .

If a memory slot is empty, the symbol “- „
- -
““ will appear next to
it in the display.
NOTE
In case all memory slots are used, a new measure-
ment result will be saved by deleting the oldest slot
(slot no. 30) automatically.
3.7 Error messages
Display Description
The measured temperature is too high.
Hi
appears in the display if the reading is above 43°C /
109.4°F (body mode) or 100°C / 212°F (object mode).
The measured temperature is too low.
Lo
appears in the display if the reading is below 34°C /
93.2°F (body mode) or 0°C / 32°F (object mode).
The ambient temperature is not in the tolerance range
of 16°C - 40°C (60.8°F - 104°F).
