8. Using the blender jug
WARNING!
Risk of injury from rotating and
moving parts
The cutting blades are very sharp! There-
fore, avoid touching the blade assembly!
1) Place the blender jug onto the drive rod and
screw it onto the stand housing in a clockwise
direction so that the handle is then pointing to
the right.

Cut up larger pieces of food so that they are
small enough to fit into the blender jug without
squashing.

Fill the blender jug.
2) Place the protective lid and measuring cup on
the blender jug.
Select the appropriate speed based on the required
use in accordance with the following table:
Speed level Food
1 Blending liquids
2 Blending liquids containing solid foods
P
• For crushing ice (in liquid)
• Chopping solid foods
NOTICE!
Using pulse mode
When chopping food, working in pulse mode (speed control
position P) will achieve the best results. Operating it for longer
will chop the food too finely.
