• Do not throw the battery into a fire,
short-circuit it or dismantle it.
• Never expose the battery to excessive
heat, such as from sunshine, fire or sim-
ilar!
• If the device is not going to be used for
some time, remove the battery.
• If the battery is leaking, remove it from
the device immediately. Before insert-
ing a new battery, clean the contacts.
There is a risk of skin irritations from
battery acid!
• Always remove a flat battery from the
device.
• At low temperatures the capacity of
the battery might drop significantly
as the chemical reactions slow down.
When recording in cold weather, keep
a second battery pack in reserve in a
warm place (e.g. trouser pocket).
