PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
The device will not switch on. The battery could be flat.
The power cord is not connected
properly.
− Check that the power cord is
connected correctly.
− Check the
CHARGE
charging
LED to see whether the bat-
tery is being charged.
• If the CHARGE charging
LED is not glowing when
the power cord is plugged
in correctly and switched
on, the portable Bluetooth
sound system is faulty.
In that case, please contact
our Service Centre.
The device turns off during
operation.
The battery may be flat.

Operate the device using the
power cord.
No radio reception or poor
reception
Station signals are too weak.
− Change the location of the
radio or the direction of
the antenna if necessary to
improve reception.
No sound The volume is set too low. − Set the volume to the higher
level desired.
− Check the volume set on
your external audio output
device and increase it if
necessary.
No sound from the microphone The microphone may be switched
off.
The microphone volume is too low.
− Check whether the micro-
phone is switched on.
− Set the microphone volume
higher.
